Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself that make up your internal world. We all have various parts, such as the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child, each with its own emotions, beliefs, and roles. Sometimes, these parts can be in conflict, causing distress or negative patterns in our lives. In IFS therapy, we work to get to know these parts, appreciate their roles, and help them heal and harmonize. By fostering a compassionate relationship with all aspects of yourself, IFS guides you toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and inner peace.
